Brush on steaks and chicken. Excellent for seasoning, soups gravies, sauces, baked beans, salads, dips, fish or wherever smoke flavour is desired.

Best Deer Jerky

500g fresh venison chops
1tsp vinegar
1tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tbsp Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
1 cube beef bouillon crushed
1 tsp soy sauce
1 can of pineapple juice
1 tb  Colgin  liquid smoke
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 cup water
Mix all ingredients well.
In mixing bowl add venison, cover.
Refrigerate for two hours
Smoke on smoker 3 to 5 hrs on top rack.
Adding a few wet wood chips every 30 minutes for
the first two hours
