How Much is Shipping

Shipping is $8.00 nationwide or $13.00 for rural delivery and Waihiki Island. All consignments are marked as “authorised to leave”.  If you require a signature delivery, there is a surcharge of $3.00.  Please choose this shipping option. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.  We only ship within New Zealand.  We use a third party courier service which is Post Haste. 


When will I receive my Order?

We dispatch our orders by the next business day after your order has been received.  After your parcel is dispatched it should take between one and three business days to reach you.

Please email if your parcel hasn’t arrived after four business days after dispatch.  You must notify us within seven days of the dispatch date if you still haven’t received your order.


Damaged/Faulty Items

We take every care when packing your order as many of our products are fragile.  We then rely on a third party courier to deliver your order in the same condition it leaves us.  If your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately.  Please email us photographic evidence and provide full details of condition/damage.  Please do NOT dispose of any items until advised by us as we are often required to return these to the courier for inspection.  ANY issues must be raised within 24 hours of receipt of order (validated by courier tracking) for refund or replacement.



You agree that any refunds requested after purchase are provided only at the discretion of International Foods Ltd.  Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, International Foods is not obliged to refund if you have simply changed your mind, found a product sold cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.  We will issue a credit note or refund only if the items are in a brand new re-sellable condition.  Return freight is at the cost of the purchaser.


Order errors will be refunded or resent at the discretion of International Foods.
